You are in a relationship, and have had sex previously...

This time, only one of you is feeling horny, the other says no. Is it still rape if the one continues with it, even though you two are in a relationship? Or not?

Don't worry, don't worry! It's just a hypothetical situation, I'm taking great care of her~
@Arcanecrow answer the question or gtfo. 😂

Forced sex is rape. It doesn't matter if you are in a relationship.
masterofyou · 70-79, M
@Miram Was the word "forced" in the question??
Miram · 31-35, F
@masterofyou Was I asked to use only the words that are in the question?

How about you fuck off and find something better to do with your time than trying to lecture me. This is the second time you attempt this. One would think you know better in that age.

You have nothing of value to offer me.
masterofyou · 70-79, M
I guess it is only if you say it is .... Some day men just will leave and say goodbye to you women that cry rape it is not worth going to jail...sorry if I offended you as I try to be respectful...

@StayGold look in the mirror ...
@justmeandyou totally, even though I understood what he was saying and he just went to attack me, commenters, my boyfriend and everyone in my life around me. 👏👏👏

if one person penetrates (in any way) another person who says no, under any circumstances, it is rape.
Lolco · 36-40, M
Ofcourse absolutely!!
@Lolco Some would disagree..
Lolco · 36-40, M
@StayGold those that disagree need help

No is a no. So yes I'd say it is

Non-consensual sex will always be rape. Woman to woman, man to man, married or not, strangers or not.

Unless a woman gives her full consent in the absence or duress or undo influence, the man is raping her.
@Graylight unless a person gives*

That person is raping the other*

[c=#4C0073]it depends if the one who's not feeling horny gave consent or not .. coz not feeling horny does not make up the criteria for what's considered rape.[/c]
@SW-User Reading the question it states the one person said no. :)
SW-User
@StayGold [c=#4C0073]the "no" was not clear, either no to being horny or no to having sex. I am one that doesnt assume until it's clearly stated. So like i said, it depends if the person gave consent or not .. that, is what determines if it's rape.[/c]

Are you serious? Fuck yes, it is sexual assault.
@BellaLocura Yes I am serious, because some do NOT think it is. I'm not asking because I do not know, I'm asking to see how many others do, or do not.
BellaLocura · 51-55, F
@StayGold I read a story recently of a guy whose girlfriend had sex with him in the morning even after he said no. Just because a dude has an erection, that does not mean “hop on for a ride”. She flat out raped him, although many people would not see that as rape (but in my opinion it is definitely).
@BellaLocura I definitely agree. I don't think a relationship means an automatic consent. People's bodies react to touch whether that touch is wanted or not. But like I said, not all feel that way, and I just wanted to see where others stand on such a topic.
Chaoshead · 22-25, M
Edit: never mind I didn't see that the person said no. It's obviously rape.
According to the law it is if the one that says no pursues it.
Kazuya69 · 31-35, M
no means no

(unless you have a safeword that isnt no lol)

Is this a real question?
@SW-User it would seem that way.
pentacorn · F
@SW-User gosh, i hope not.
SW-User
Yes, without consent it is rape. Simple as that.
jackson55 · M
If he takes you by force it's rape.

Maybe this helps to understand:

@SW-User so if a teacher asks the class a question, they don't know the right answer? Not all questions are because that person doesn't know the answer, sometimes it's seeing who all does.

I asked simply to see who thinks the same way I do, because not all people do. Some people think because you're in a relationship, they get the other whenever they want, regardless.
@SW-User Because this kid is really messed up....
@justmeandyou then fuck off, why don't you?
@StayGold I guess you should be careful who you choose for a boyfriend .... Pregnant ?? you should not have sex until you are married
@StayGold Staying very very far away from you...
@justmeandyou cool bye.
Maybe you should ask different questions
@justmeandyou oh like "Who thinks rape is okay?" This guy does!
@StayGold You know questions like " What time is it??"
@justmeandyou Time for you to leave me alone.
SW-User
Yeah if it's forced it can be defined as rape.
If that goes to court.
@SW-User if that goes to court?
Looks like you can't handle the answers to your question....
@justmeandyou what are you talking about? 😑
SW-User
the meaty organ inside your skull

use it
@SW-User Maybe you should take your own advice seeing as you could avoid a question you believe isn't thought about properly, or you could participate and answer.

Just because one asks a question, doesn't mean they do not know their answer to the question. I'm simply wondering how others feel about such a thing. What my answer is, might not be how someone else sees it.
