You are in a relationship, and have had sex previously...

This time, only one of you is feeling horny, the other says no. Is it still rape if the one continues with it, even though you two are in a relationship? Or not?

it depends if the one who's not feeling horny gave consent or not .. coz not feeling horny does not make up the criteria for what's considered rape.
@SW-User Reading the question it states the one person said no. :)

@StayGold the "no" was not clear, either no to being horny or no to having sex. I am one that doesnt assume until it's clearly stated. So like i said, it depends if the person gave consent or not .. that, is what determines if it's rape.
