Obviously there's been some cases where a person has said such bs, but that's not the case. Rape is a serious issue, and not only to women, to [i]males[/i] and [i]children[/i] as well. [u]Consent[/u] is [b]always[/b] [u]necessary[/u], because minds can change, even in the middle of sex, if someone says stop, [b]you stop[/b]. Even if you're dating someone and they say no, you do not take what you think is yours. If they are wearing little to no clothing, you still have absolutely [b]no right[/b] to touch without [b][i][u]consent[/u][/i][/b].
