laying down in a dark room.

you’re supposed to squeeze the point between your thumb and pointy finger and massage it in a circular motion, eventually your headache goes away because it’s a pressure point or something... i’ll post a pic what i mean:

I like using all natural remedies. If it's from nature it's good for you.
*hands you poison ivy*
Now smoke it.

Drinking water
pressure points
a shower with a message head ,,let it pulse on your face
cold compress over the eyes
it has a lot to do with why you have a head ache as to how to treat it
the shower and sleep usually works for me
but mine are caused by inflammation ,spurs in my neck and blood pressure from pain ,a tension head ache is harder to treat ,it requires knowing the right pressure points

Soak your feet in warm water, while putting a bag of frozen veggies behind your neck. Never tried it, but hear it works.

@Stereoguy agreed. Caffeine is a stimulant it will suppress the pain

But it’s better to solve the root of the problem and 75% of the time that’s dehydration (beginning stages)

If someone is properly hydrated and still experiencing headaches I’d urge them to seek medical attention (not urgent but definitely make an apt with a specialist)
