Anybody feel loyalty-bound to their ex?

For reasons that escape me I outright reject any form of relationship. Years have passed and I'm still not over it.

I'm telling you dude, force yourself to get out on a date or whatever. Then if that goes bad do it again. And again. That's the best way to move on
