No.. Waiting in this situation is a lost cause. Could never be open though; my ex was the one who approached me 'cause I'm too scared to get out there.

no loyalty and the kids are grown but we have a civil relationship sometimes even fun. Thankfully we are separated by thousands of miles, that helps a great deal.

No my ex was married and was hooking up with other people (he never bothered to tell me he was married when i met him)

Anyway.. I don't feel obligated to him at all

Yes in the way that I shall not speak ill of her.
You need to move on yo. Bang some hookers at least
You are holding yourself back. Don't think, just do
@lulaluboo If my being as a whole is holding me back I might as well commit suicide; no. I want to know what part of me is holding me back; and that is what I struggle with.

For the moment might as well let time do its thing.
Your being as a whole? no... your thought process related to your ex and relationships is holding you back.

Sometimes it's better not to know why. Just a waste of time. Valueless.

I'm telling you dude, force yourself to get out on a date or whatever. Then if that goes bad do it again. And again. That's the best way to move on

And that's all I've got to say, good luck

You still love that bitch.
@SW-User I do. But she's out of my life; I just hold onto the shards that cut my hands. Hate that I can't help it.
