How can i get lean? 185lbs to 125llbs or less?

Im 5'3 185lbs i want a new healthy sexy make over while im still young. I also want to still look curvy but slim. Today i started greengoodness juice 3x a day. I have a gym membership but idk how hard I need to go in food and fitness?

If that's the product from Bolthouse Farms, looks like you get 6.5 teaspoons of sugar per serving - half of it added. That's like 125% of your RDA in each bottle. Will be hard to cut pounds consuming that much sugar. The product has made a lot of 'Worst' lists.

The best way to get to your goal - an admirable goal - is to learn about & redo your nutrition, along with regular exercise. Especially walking.

Greens are good for weight loss. Sugar, not so much.
No carbs, no pizza, pasta or bread... You can treat yourself once in a while..
Eat in smaller portion, drink water and keep up your exercise regime..
That's a lot of weight to lose, you will see a big reduction initially, the last 30 pounds will take a long time.. Don't lose faith..

You can't outrun a terrible diet. Fix what you're eating first. That's the hardest part. Calculate your TDEE and cut it by 300 or 400 calories to start and eat that amount. Weight loss will seem slow but it'll be steady and you won't be as likely to gain it back.

Read the ingredients on what you eat-if you can’t pronounce it, or don’t know what it is-don’t eat it.

Sensible diet, and exercise.

Are these 3 juices per day, in addition to what you normally eat?
