Nothing hurts more than getting rejected by a cat

It's strictly a power thing. Usually if they know you want/need their affection, they'll withhold it.

If you make it clear their presence is annoying, they'll cuddle you day and night.

it's not unlike marriage.

And nothing drives a cat more to want your attention than ignoring it..😷

I grab my two cats and give them affection. They have no choice lol
