Your relationship shouldnt be judged based on that. Because your young i see where you might be coming from, maybe worried about being tied down but look at how the relationship is going. Ask your self if your in it for the right reasons.

Depends on the current relationship.

EVERYONE has complications. Nothing is perfect.

And that even applies to business relationships or even family relationships.

Ask yourself if you would drop all your friends because of a few complications with them? Even a friendship is a relationship, which often has complications.

This concept of BFF is right down silly BTW. Because there's always complications. Everything changes.

Not going to start over . No problem with my wife . Sex stopped over 20 years ago . 🦖
If it's a great relationship, why ruin it because of FOMO? There are people the world over who cry themselves to sleep at night wishing they could find somebody, anybody to love them at all. 🤷🏾

It's hard to say. My wife and I started dating at 15 and were not looking for anyone else. We agreed, under parent's pressure, that she should date others in college, so she dated several other guys. It almost drove me crazy, but she assured me that she still loved me. After two years of her dating others, she knew that I was the one for her. I didn't date others because I knew she was my one and only. It worked for us, but I wouldn't recommend it for others.

@sweetkeke It was a bit wild, and she enjoyed all the attention. I was miserable when she was dating others. We were at different universities, so I only saw her once or twice a month.
sweetkeke · 18-21, F
@exexec does she regret it?
exexec · 70-79, C
@sweetkeke No. She is glad she did it, although she felt guilty at the time. Most of the guys she dated remained her friends after she dumped them.

I think life takes that decision for you.,.
Statistically, I'd move on. How many people have you known who have only had 1 person?

The question isn't about how many other people I've been with or what my experience level is. The question is whether I'm unhappy in the current relationship. If things are not working out then it might be time to end it and move on. But just being a little curious about what someone else might offer doesn't seem like a reason to end a relationship. I'm poly now, so it's not really required to end one before trying another but that would be my approach if I was still mono and in that situation.

I don't understand. It either works or it doesn't. Finding the right person is so rare that if I managed to do that I definitely wouldn't be trying my luck somewhere else.
