Yes. I am guilty of trying to analyze other people's problems and then I tell them how they could fix things...but they never do. Sometimes I am not kind. But fixing a huge problem COULD be kind...maybe...🥹🥹🥹

@4meAndyou I used to be like you, but I learned folks only want heard and not solved. So, yes listening and being patient and kind is what they really want from us.
