I found the key!

@Shaveit the funny part is, I don't work on the machines (though if trained I certainly could) but I do a variety of things for the department. I am in charge of the parts crib and have a good knowledge of what the parts are and how they are used. My job is actually more knowledge based than physical, though I can lift 150 lbs on my own. I love my job!

@ElwoodBlues I work for a mold injection factory. I don't maintain any of the machines but I take care of the parys crib, among other tasks.

@FoxyGoddess Sorry, I don't know what a parys crib is, and google only tells me about places for babies to sleep!

Is your factory for high temp plastics like for automotive use? Or beverage bottles? Or toys and stuff like that?
