I left a sexless marriage, so there’s my answer. None, or infrequent, doesn’t work. It’s a form of abuse.

If your partner doesn’t enjoy sex, there are plenty that will. Move on before you’ve wasted your life being unhappy.

Quite a bit because in any healthy relationship you need to keep it going strong and if it is a committed and two-sided relationship you will always be that much into each other anyone who is not and doesn't feel that spark it's time to find a different situation

It varies for each couple, and it varies over time. When we were young, sex once a day was ideal. Now that we are old, twice a month is fine. In a few years, no sex at all will be okay.
