I eat slower than most. Some people give me shizz about it, I could give aff. There's a lot more benefits for one's health eating slowly than fast, and I actually like to relax and enjoy a meal. It's not like some other predator is going to come in and steal my kill ffs.

Funny thing is, my daughter eats slower than me.

@WizardofOz i am at home with my mother and if start before or after her i always seem too finish first not good really rushing my meal as i suffer from acid reflux and indigestion and wind need too slow down i think

I'm a fast eater also I like my food quite hot. Hubby on the other hand likes food almost cold (🤮) so I'm finished far sooner. Sometimes I order an extra course for something to do while he finishes eating 😂🤣.
