She did, and I asked her who it was. She said it was a friend and that we seemed to have fun. She knew that it was just a dream and an impossible scenario, but it still made her feel odd.

Act shocked that she would dream such a thing. Whatever you do , don't laugh, smile, act amused, or ask questions about who or what you were doing in the dream.

You reassure her that it was just a dream and you wouldn't do that (then actually NOT do it).
