Why do your relationships always fail? I always get obsessive,possessive and even a bit stalkerish and it it creep them out😔

zoinked out on a Video game addiction through my first loves junior year at 7:40 am start time in classes where I'd missed over 10 days and was on the verge of the truancy department replacing me in foster care because my ex and I would stay up til after midnight night after night and chat but By the second half of ninth grade I was skating on thin ice for foster care because of the early start times and by the time I got home did not want to be attentive to her needs just wanted to hack and slash for a little while and when I was done I was so used to meeting up with her at some point afterwards and connecting, but my parents short circuited that she was like pretend to take the pills, and I'm like if it didn't work out their way I know these people they'd figure out I spat it out and demand proof I'd actually swallowed things and search my mouth behind my teeth and everything. parents were not exactly going to let me stay up that late by that point because I just could not be woken up even at 7 to make it on time. someone could have poured water on me, and it still wouldn't have worked. especially because i'd be so pissed I'd be determined to live with it and dig my heels in.

Side not e that was over 20 years ago and I'll still go out to bat for teenagers today screaming about how it's known to science that teenagers can't get to bed on time for these early start times but I've begun to realize why the sting of everything CLUNG to me to the point where events of the past would have me in blood curdling rage even now about everything.

well really you have identified your own failings and the reasons why relationships do not work for you . at the end of the day you have had a long hard look at yourself now it is up to you to chance this . try and change your ways otherwise a relationship will never succeed [witchthatwantsfun]

I over think & push them away knowing they deserve better. The guilt i feel that they are with me instead of someone better constantly eats at me bc im scared they will wake up, realise it & resent me & ill feel horrible & selfish for knowing this too & not letting them go sooner.

I’m not sure, I’ve had quite a few girlfriends and it’s only lasted a few months. I have been with my current girlf for a while though and it seems to be working.

Never been in any Relationships Guess I Could consider that A Blessing LOL😄

I seem to attract guys who in the end found an alibi in dishonesty of which Ive zero tolerance. 🤷‍♀️

Even when starting dating, a relationship... we need the right tools to figure out a few things....like the right kind of guy vs. the wrong kind. I wasn't very good at picking men who actually would amount to much. lol
As a child, teen and young adult.... nobody really said much about what to look for in a man.... what would be good qualities to appreciate and what would be the qualities you should not want.
My mom wasn't so great at picking either.
Now, I'm on my own and won't settle for someone who is a bum. Better alone than taking on men who didn't learn how to be stand up guys.
I'm not perfect. None of us are. I just don't care to always be the one doing the hard stuff so a guy can do what he wants.
I always wished for someone to share the load.... the good and the bad.
