When you go to buy your books, do you prefer new or pre-loved?
If its a new series or book I'd buy it new, obviously but if its an older book I will always try to get a pre-loved copy.
I went to Rundall Mall in what feels like forever to suss out the new shops and to visit the new Dymocks book shop. It's a great store don't get me wrong it just wasn't the same as it was before they moved in to the new location. So I was browsing the merchandise and got drawn to the classics and was browsing and noticed a book that I saw a lot in a previous store, a lady behind me said that was a good book and worth a read. But I knew I could get it from my favourite book store.
These are photos I got off their website. The skeleton had a wig, glasses and trumpet in its hands when I was there. The shelves and piles of books were even more unkempt while the store sound system played soft jazz in the background that made me want to browse the entire book collection.
