Book recommendations?

The Dresden files is my personal favorite.

I highly recommend any of the three by Towles (Gentleman in Moscow, Rules of Civility, Lincoln Highway) and currently enjoying James McBride. On a fourth by him (Miracle At St. Anna's) after his most recent (Heaven & Earth Grocery Store), the memoir of his mother (The Color of Water) which partially inspired Heaven & Earth, and The Good Lord Bird. On a lighter note, Michael Connoly and the ongoing saga of Bosch, The Lincoln Lawyer, and Renee Ballard are always enjoyable, imho.

Have you read the life of pi?

i have one more of the Elizabeth Salmander series to go. the author did a great job after the original one died. i read everything but i am now reading the Henrietta Lacks book and it is a can't put down.

I am currently reading A Court of Thorns and Roses (series) by Sarah J Maas

I am a little late coming to this party but it is so good -- if you like fantasy.
