is it possible to look self conscious

i battle with self consciousness, i struggle with self confidence & self belief as i have done much of my life..i try my best to hide my self consciousness especially in public, but often i feel i'm not convincing.

is it possible to look self conscious in public, can people tell? and how do you hide it and show self confidence?

Yes. Often the will look down, rounded shoulders, don’t look others in the eye. They are kinda of in protective mode

If you practice walking with your head held high and shoulders back, good posture, you will feel better about yourself and have more confidence. It takes time and practice but you’re well worth it
