So in our nightly preshift meeting there is always a health/safety talking point. Last night was eye protection.
So my supervisor called on people to say why they wear their eye protection.
My first thought was "so I don't get fired." But the people he called on to answer said things like "so I can see my kids." "So I can drive." "So I can see the fall leaves."
I swear he called on me because he knew I'd get myself in trouble.
"Because I can't hear boobies." had the entire room in stitches. It's also got me a new meeting with HR on my calendar.
