The worst part of kidney stones

I can’t exercise because Im too worried about jostling them and enduring more pain. I also can’t look at fun stuff and do something the bible frowns upon. Thankfully they managed to squeeze me into an appointment for next week so I don’t have to wait until December.

The worst part is if they have to put in a stent, as they did for me. Not only is it very uncomfortable, when they remove it, they pull it out like they are starting a lawnmower....true story

Apple cider vinegar is supposed to dissolve them. Probably takes a while though.
