Just a thought

I suppose it is probably true for a lot of children. We just didnt know how bad we had it or how not normal something was. Not only did it hurt my emotional intelligence to grow in a healthy way but it hurt my ability to relate and empathize with others.

To me it did the opposite, like over-relating and over-empathizing . Similar experiences I suppose but each reacted differently. But it got us some skills too and gifts definitely. It sculpted us into sharper tools in the end and it is only a matter of what we do with it now.

@Rokan It took me like 20 years of darkness but now I am so content. Some days I am one with the fairies, so light! Some days old stuff resurface, but I know how to hold myself nowadays, or when I don't manage, I know how to give up and wait for the next day..

I didn't do therapy with the western concept, but I did all healings I could. I did a lot. And still doing:)
