Neither am I. Too many innocent people on death row too, particularly back in the days of slavery. Also the law isn't perfect and can be wrong. Coerced confessions exist and false memories exist too, you can convince a person they did the crime. It seems weird like you'd know if you committed a crime or not but the mind can be toyed with and it is possible to create false memories in someone.

Also low IQ people and people with low mental ability have been either framed or coerced and denied a lawyer. The law has been very corrupt so lots of injustice

@marrowengine those are real variables but even assuming if we knew 100% of someones guilt for whatever it was for how bad it was i still wouldnt kill them.
