Just a thought

So is this the new trend to show former celeberties homeless on the streets in LA eating from the trash? Its only sad because people felt some connection to them for what they did as a celeberty? Everytine i open instagram there is a new homeless celeb being spotted.

This world is so backwards sometimes.

People want attention. Thats what it comes down too. Last thing im going to do is shove a phone in someone's face when they're in a bad situation. Maybe im too empathetic. Ive always done things discreetly. I don't require praise for being a nice human.

@11knaves11 im not talking about the people who shove a phone in someones face. Im talking about the people who don't feel anything for others till its someone like a celeb that something bad happens to.

@MellyMel22 that is a little off topic because the act of showing a good deed might lead to the funds to do more good deeds, but the heart of this post is why do people feel like doing a good deed just because soneone use to be a celeberty at some point. They should feel that way if they see anyone down on their luck.

@Rokan I see both types. I still don’t feel it’s fair to record them, if they agree it’s b/c they’re prob starving and are afraid they won’t get help.

@MellyMel22 maybe but like i said that is a different topic that isnt what im mad about in this. Those people with the camera i never had positive expectations of in the first place its the rest of society i was hoping that would do better.

I’ve noticed them too and they want everyone to see them “helping” them. If they truly wanted to help, they’d do it without humiliating them and looking for praise and views. Even those vids w/out celebrities I find disturbing.

@MellyMel22 what about the hundreds of thousands of others in the same boat who weren't celebs? The invisibles? I dont see what celeberties have done so amazing that the deserve special trestment.

@Rokan That’s what I was saying at the end above, “Even those vids w/out celebrities I find disturbing.”

They do it with those who aren’t celebrities too. I think it’s terrible they do that to anyone at all. Helping someone shouldn’t be to make you appear a good person, it should be b/c you want to help them and you shouldn’t have to brag about it in any way and especially not showcase those struggling to make you seem like a good person. Especially to make money on it.
