I totally get where you're coming from. It's like, we've been conditioned to believe that joy comes from external sources, but the truth is, joy can be a choice. It's about creating space for it in our lives. Instead of waiting for things to happen, it's about taking small steps to cultivate joy every day. What are some tiny things that bring you joy now? It seems you have outgrown the former things and now are ready to look at other options and expand.

@SW-User Exactly my thought too. Like self realization is tougher than a lot of folks think it is. But he added action towards getting better, very commendable.
