Random thoughts

Use to be pretty bad as a kid worse than i am now, but i have learned how to give my love to others. The one thing i don't think I'll ever be use to is allowing myself to receive it. Im more comfortable in a fight than i am getting a compliment.

I get this. I hide the discomfort because lot of people learn to be self-compassionate exactly through being compassionate towards others. It seems like it helps them.

Being loved and accepting it requires more trust than loving others when you grow up without it.
