I once saw a thing where an actor was explaining that you have to breath really shallow, and really quick, (tiny diaphramatic breaths), to be able to keep the illusion up.

So now I watch🧐 to see if they are doing it.

I aslo hold my breath when a scene of them underwater hapoens....coz....well....im pettily competitive like that😂

@OogieBoogie oh yes! On 24 where they show a clock every few minutes, I also checked my own watch. Some half minutes lasted almost 3. 🤣
