had the same problem with blackberries, had a neat line of them about 20-30ft long to start (mostly for making jelly, wine, etc.); after 3-4 years, they got so out of control and ended up mowing them all off
@wildbill83 it started off with one neat row too. You know, just for making blackberry pies and cobbler and other things like that. now it's too many and the birds get most of it and it's just taken over everything. It's even crowded over my crab apple tree and climbed it And it looks half dead now
I've just gotten fall tree and shrub trimming finished yesterday. Used the perfect weather for fires in the evening to burn up the cuttings and have some time to think.
@BrandNewMan that's what I plan to do when it gets cooler, I'll go out there and I'm gonna cut a lot of it, and I got a lot of branches and debris I need a burn too
