Someone asked me…”if you had a super power what would it be & why”

For me every single time the answer is always the same…

To understand what my nonverbal child is thinking and feeling.

The why:
Because not knowing what he wants needs and feels is the hardest part of autism. I can handle the stims and the breakdowns but not knowing what I can do to help is a heartbreak
