AI Isn’t Coming for Our Jobs. It’s Coming for Our Wages

Over the short term, AI may create more jobs than it destroys. But bosses will use it to de-skill work and suppress wages unless workers make it a terrain of class struggle and fight to put it under public control.

Jobs and wages are the same thing. Robots take away the jobs, the money saved is used to buy more robots. Look at the car industry, they would never be able to pump out that many cars if Humans were assembling things.
AI is just a non physical robot, does the same thing. Faster, better, easier, more accurately and a lot cheaper.
The sad part is that all the savings will never be passed to the consumer, they go straight to the CEO bonus.
It would be impossible for the public to handle AI in any form since it is task specific and only experts in those fields could manage it.

@SoftIceCream the only way the working class is getting any of that money back is by buying shares in the companies doing this.
