Task failed successfully

Yesterday i was in a hurry at the store (because eww, walmart on a Saturday) and grabbed some honey without really looking.

Got home and realized I'd bought HOT honey.

I thought, how hot can honey possibly be?...
Apparently lava. Lava is how hot. Then I noticed it's 3 peppers out of 4, and I'm a wimp when it comes to spicy stuff.

So now I'm standing there with this big-ass bottle of honey wondering what I'm supposed to do with it.
Then I remembered I had half a package of softened cream cheese left from a recipe.

Mixed a pretty good dose of the hot honey into it and...

Oh. My. God.

Spread it on graham crackers and it is ridiculously good. Sweet, creamy, just a little heat once the cream cheese calms it down.

Accidentally buying the wrong honey may be one of my better decisions. 😂


Ritz crackers, pretzels, apple slices, or spread on a toasted bagel...i betcha that would be amazeballs.
