We just watched Rim of the World and apparently my daughter was completely wrapped up in the movie

because she was standing in the middle of the living room like
“oh… OH… OH!!” hands on her head every time the aliens got close 😄
I’ve never seen her that into something before. And I don’t know… it just made me really happy to share that moment with her.

10/10 experience.

Would absolutely watch her watch a movie again.

A similar moment with my nineteen year old daughter, riding the boat The Maid of the Mist at Niagara Falls. We were soaked to the skin and droplets twinkled in her eyelashes and her face was a-glow.

My mom and I while on a trip spontaneously deciding to walk into Westminster Abbey to light a candle for my grandmother.

Squeezing the hand of a stranger as the lights came up and people were leaving the theater after seeing a particularly emotional movie.
