A question especially for the writers here

OK, now, let us say that I create a very detailed outline for a novel — character notes, background, samples of prose and all that. I hand this outline off to a ghostwriter to write to write the first draft. The ghostwriter delivers the first draft to me, I go through and make extensive notes, then hand those notes back to the ghostwriter to make the changes and deliver a second draft. We do this several times until I have a draft manuscript I like. I then go through the manuscript page by page, line by line, word by word, rewriting and revising as I deem necessary until I come up with final, polished manuscript.

Now, my question —am I the author of the book?
