What's your favorite part of your daily routine?

My daily walk .. preferably with the dogs. Playlist, podcast or audio book through my buds, time to think and get the circulation going.

Finally laying down on the bed, fully horizontally (not propped up by pillows) at the end of the day🛌🏻

riding my bike to school and back... i dont mind bad weather, i ride through a small forrest/park, its great

I love putting my son to bed, then lighting a candle, stretching and having some blessed quiet time.

Going out for a walk.

Getting off work, coming home, and listening to an album or two.

Winning at my favorite online game!

Work, walk and food.
