So many people on SW are hurting now

Because of unpleasant experiences , bad connections catfishing and others.

Yes, due to the first two both on and off screen. But more so because this year was just that heavy with all it encompassed. It’ll take me time, space, and a lot of self-love to even think of opening my door again. Right now I simply don’t have it in me and I’m okay with that. More than okay with that. It’s made me really value those who have stuck by me this year.

I'm fed up with people deluding me on SW (like men who start chatting with me and disappearing suddenly when I think we could have had a friendship).

I'm fed up with my husband irl and I'm fed up with people contacting me for their fetishes or for giving me compliments. I don't know how to respond to compliments because I hate them.

I also miss feeling part of a community like when I was a long-term member of another website, from which I've been banned recently after getting involved in a massive drama between various users. I lost friends and real connections, whilst I struggle to feel part of a community on SW.
I think I just need to get more involved here, but I have other commitments and I can't be always online unfortunately...
