It was an interesting concept, but the director's huge ego was hard to take.
And they only had two sequels...right? [I only saw the first two movies]
So not a whole lineup of TV series', 3 triologies on the silver screen...

I liked the first one. The second was okay. I haven't seen the third and don't plan to.

My husband does. I can't imagine why.

Loved them yes
DunningKruger · 61-69, M
@being Loved them in, like, putting posters on your wall and dressing up like a Navi at ComicCon sort of way? Or just loved them in an oh, that was fun sort of way?

@DunningKruger I like the messages and aesthetics, I find they add value to my inner imagery and thought
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
I only saw the first one and I really liked it.

Judge me all you want. Yes, yes I do. 🤭
DrWatson · 70-79, M
I never saw them.
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
I've never seen them. Maybe I would be a fan, but I don't care enough to try either of them
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
I don't think so -- I mean, it did take more than a decade to make the first sequel, and I'm not sure anyone actually cared.
DunningKruger · 61-69, M
@ChipmunkErnie And yet they're two of the top three highest grossing movies in history. Avatar is the second highest grossing film in history when adjusted for inflation, and is only a couple hundred million behind Gone with the Wind.
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
@DunningKruger I don't know, haven't seen any of them. I saw GONE WITH THE WIND back in the 1960s in re-release -- cost 75 cents to get in, if I remember right. But I tried to look it up and a lot depends on if you mean in theater gross or include streaming, DVD sales, etc. But AVATAR did damned good. LOL

I don't like any sci fi or fantasy, can't relate to it
