@Crimsondrops idk for better or worse it’s over now eh? In my case anyway (i was sitting for elderly people but i quit) and they already died some years latter now
Yes, I worked once in a printing press. The culture when I first started there was lacking to me; ie not accepting, intolerant at times, and very gruff. I learned their hearts were kind, but more once you built repoire they could be so funny and good to you. So while I started there hating the culture, wondering how long could I even possibly stay with these people, I learned to love them and also learned to love printing. It was almost all play and no work, playing with colour. Then the place closed a year ago, left most of those old coworkers behind and had to set myself on a new path.
I would have stayed there.
I would have stayed there.

I would have liked to work at the plant nursery longer. Man, did I love that job. But my dad suddenly passed, and I just couldn’t work for a bit because it broke me that badly.

Absolutely. I enjoyed the work I did but not the BS around like being forced to be a cleaning lady for about an hour now and then. Sorry but I didn't sign this in my contract.

I had a dream job working for state parks but budget cuts happened.
Most every job I've had was tolerable, it's other people that make it miserable.

Yes. I didn't want to work evenings and weekends when I became a mom so my career took a different direction.

Yes my last job before this one. I was making good money and I wouldn't be in the financial mess I am in now.

Used to work in PR in the sports industry. Hours were crap but the job was fun. And I was good at it.
But family started growing and I never looked back.
