I volunteer at the church. It actually replaces those random thoughts and grievances with positive thoughts. I'm doing good fixing old things and helping to preserve history and old customs. I fixed an old can opener today. Very old, groves were cut into the steel preventing the can from contacting the lid gear. I basically rebuilt it. And blued the steel to prevent rust. They will use it this weekend at the dinner.

Beautiful poem .... yeah thinking can drive a person crazy, i'm already at the crazy realm, not the good kind, but not dangerous, more pathetic and regrettable kind.
