@zonavar68 lol bout time we cut budgets. Shit they're building new buildings behind three new buildings for elderly care. Not in use. Brand new mental health compound, only construction crews have stepped foot in in over 5 years. But if they don't spend every dime by fiscal end. Won't get same funding next year. And wtf do I have to go to the VA hospital to talk to a DR. On video chat? I gotta show but she don't. That's what it is now
