The juice and the squeeze

I've never heard the phrase "the juice isn't worth the squeeze" before, but I heard it twice today from two entirely separate sources.

Weird coincidence.

this phenomenon is called the Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon or the Frequency Illusion. It's when you become aware of something new (like a word, product, or concept), and then you start noticing it appearing more frequently in your environment. This happens because your brain is more likely to pay attention to things you've recently learned about.

I thought it was this but that phrase seems unique, I haven't heard it at all.
