I'd say it depends what you mean by "like". If they have fun chatting but they don't want to enter in a relationship but you do, that's very different than if they actually dislike you but you are messaging back and forth.

Said it yourself. You know she don't like you all that much. are you getting anything meaningful out of it? Or is it hurting in any way? Maybe weigh the benefits and the cons
