@sstronaut Man of Steel — a failure from beginning to end. Not that it wasn't a fun action movie — it just wasn't a Superman movie. It was bleak, cynical, dark and bordered on hopeless, even nihilistic. Jonathan Kent's entire philosophy toward Clark is the exact opposite of everything Clark learned from the Kents in the comics and in the original movies.
