trying to figure out why my millennial/gen z coworkers don't want to take initiative. i hear all too often "it's not my job" when in fact it actually is.

@Jenny1234 what really pisses me off is when i try and help or teach them a thing or two they think i'm complaining....now i won't help them even when i know what they are doing is totally wrong....and now they are stressed.... 🤷

@beermeplease I got you. The one I deal with takes offence to anything anyone says to her and acts like we’re here to criticize her which we absolutely are not. We just want to help her but everything becomes a big problem and then she starts crying and then she goes home. so I’ve shut the door on it and I don’t even talk to her. Just a big sulk.
