Owing. What do you owe others? What do you owe the world? How do you feel about strangers? Do you ever cross the street at night to avoid people? Why?

I am a tenant with a short lease in this world. I got lucky with a friendly neighbourhood and a nice view. I owe it to my landlord to leave the place in an even better state than I found it!
