Even if that were written into the contract, there would still be all the hassle and heartache regarding the division of assets and custody of children. So I don't think this would be much simpler than what couples do now when they divorce.

@Reserved 馃槅i think when they take there vows in church that is a sealed contract no get out clauses lol 馃し鈥嶁檪锔弚ell we know is does not always work out that way but that is another story

If people in a marriage are not already continually checking in with each other about how things are going what chance is there for that relationship?
To do that requires a huge overhaul of how assets are divided when the marriage breaks down.
