I am in pain

I've been in this particular case of pain for about 6 weeks now. I'm still having trouble walking and standing, but I'm getting by. I am making incremental improvements, but it's still an up and down road.

Getting old is not for the weak.

@meggie I have some mild arthritis in my SI joints, but this was caused mostly because I strained my back doing yard work.

@DunningKruger well at least you know the cause of it. Rest up and still keep mobile every hour or so and hopefully it will heal

@meggie I think bodies are just a fad. They're far too fiddly and fragile to ever catch on.
