not exactly no. antibiotics kill bacteria, probiotics are just healthy bacteria. and prebiotics are substances like foods that help good bacteria flourish. so prebiotics would be more like opposite antibiotics but even that isnt an exact opposite as prebiotics only help good bacteria and antibiotics kill good and bad
