Which is stronger your will or your won'?
I have been often told that i am strong willed, however i find that it's my won't that frustrates people and attaches the strong-willed label

Here's my take, it could be inaccurate.
Obviously, the won't is strong. The will is nice and all, but people often quit before they're done (they quit when they think they're done).
Whereas, at it's most extreme, won't comes from an irrational, instinctive place. You can control your reactions to a degree, but phobias wouldn't be chronic conditions if the latter were controllable.

@pentagrammom The issue is subjective. The latter part of my initial statement was wrong. Emotional reactions can be controlled, even in extreme instances, but it takes time and practice.
Honestly, there's no shortcut or explanation to any of this, it's highly subjective. If you want to do something, you'll work at it until it's done. If you won't do something, then you need to take the time to figure out why you won't do it, and what you can do to change that.

@SnailTeeth yes it is subjective however the question being posed to each reader (your will or your won't?) removes the ambiguity aspect and allows each reader their own interperative thought processes

They're dichotomous descriptors for a dynamic state, no? Stubbornly refusing to do something, would constitute as being strong-willed and not willing to do something.
Does that not make the question paradoxical?
If not, the answer would simply be, the state is dynamic depending on environmental stressors.
Tbf, people want to think they are who they are. But with a traumatic enough life event, that could be gone in an instant. Where the shell exists, but the insides aren't the same. Sam Kinison would be a moderately extreme example.
