Diet Coke has cancer causing aspartame in it. I'd go with the lethal amount of sugar in regular Coke. Coke has so much sugar in it that if you try to dissolve more sugar in a glass of Coke it won't dissolve because it's supersaturated.

Got used to the diet type and like it more than the regular now. I also drink diet Pepsi and Dr. Pepper.
