Just came back from Hillsboro dealing with bench probation crap, and I'm about to start calling tenants to find out where the money is this month.

@DDonde Nearly always. Our standard rental contract indicates that rent is due on the 1st, and overdue on the 5th. So everybody waits until the 6th or 7th.
