@Fishy I've lost weight in the past and I did it with calorie logging + high protein and cutting back on fast food. This time around I have developed a drinking habit, so I have added run-walking for 30 minutes just about every day. Some of it too right now is just the head space that I'm in. I'm not happy but I'm also not that stressed right now, so it's easier for me to stay motivated to exercise, which in turn raises my metabolism and keeps me motivated. When I get stressed in the long term it becomes much harder for me to take care of myself properly diet-wise. My hope is that as my life situation continues to change, I'll be able to maintain the current habits I've established now while I have this opportunity.
